Barangay Hinaplanon in Iligan City was greatly affected by the typhoon. Their barangay captain asks for help because of the big help they need. In Iligan city, the out patient department (OPD) in the city hospital gives out tetanus vaccine for those patients who got wounded by metals, rusty materials, and etc. Local government units in the country and individuals help hand in hand to gather relief goods for the victims. Big countries donate for the restoration of the place and for the relief goods of the victims. Number of evacuees in the evacuation centers increase dramatically. Some of the evacuees chose to sleep outside or at the sidewalk. Others already got back to their homes even if it is still not yet restored. In Cubao, Quezon City, the number of passengers increase . They are already on their way head to their hometown for the Christmas season.
